look into companion nutrients
consider your diet
how much exercise are you getting
it is not a get fix quick program
although it can boost energy
as much as cultivating a new lifestyle
making sure you are getting an adequate amount of all the vitamins and minerals
that work synergistically with
Iodine is just as important as the
Iodine itself
those who arrive having already made significant lifestyle changes
often experience miracles
otherwise it may require patience as you get to know what your body is telling you and adapting to the changes it requires to achieve balance and feel the results you desire
most of us have some kind of weakness (maybe I should speak only for myself)
for example... i crave Dr. Pepper Slurpees like an alcoholic loves alcohol
when i have been without for a while i could almost cry passing by a 7-11
but i frequently manage to abstain for several months at a time
if i am having a bad day and i wish not to be on the planet
i will indulge
call me suicidal
once i indulge, i usually go on a binge for several days
then i get a sore spot on my rib and i know i have to stop or else
most of the time a beet banana coconut juice smoothie will keep me from stopping at 7-11, but they cost $6 and a Slurpee only costs $2. So I am prone to making myself sick on Slurpees when I am broke, as having no money is depressing.
I hijack your thread and reveal my narcissistic personality disorder because~
it is ok to be human
perhaps my story will inspire you to observe what else is going on in your life too
maybe you like mountain dew and the bromide is heavier than the iodine
reserves the right to be wrong as usual
here's hoping that I am, as always
