Just yesterday I went through a bunch of old papers and stored away items from 20+ years ago. The stuff was entirely undisturbed for the entire time it was stored away. I am wondering if I inhaled some kind of dust which made me contract some bacteria or virus... is this possible?

This also happened shortly after I got out of a very long shower, and I know long showers are dangerous for weakened immune systems. I'm not sure what was the cause, or if it's related.

It began as a severe runny nose. Mucus was just draining nonstop out of me and now I have a burning throat which aches/burns and I'm getting really worried about strep throat. (or a flu?) :/

What should I do?

I ate cloves of garlic almost instantly and took some Colloidal Silver , which I just repeated a few hours ago. I am also taking liposomal vitamin c and multivitamin and concentrated vitamin d. Nothing seems to be stopping or helping fight this :/

I ate some raw kale, cucumber, tuna and strawberries and grapes earlier with some lemon juice. My throat wasn't hurting at all until a hour or two after eating today... but it was aching a tiny bit when I would talk













Detailed info:
After like 5-10 minutes of being out of the shower and looking through this dusty stuff, my nose progressively continued to just leak like a waterfall. It was crazy... I can't remember EVER having a running nose like this before, or one form so quickly. I couldn't believe I had this much mucus inside me. It continued for literally 1-2 hours or so. I was just constantly blowing all this mucus (white looking) snot out and it did not stop.

I felt maybe it was a dust/allergic reaction because I have allergies kinda moderate/severe so I took a benadryl to see if that might help. I also went outside and went for a drive. Within 5 minutes of leaving my house (or maybe taking the benadryl?) my nose stopped running. I felt like it was over and was relieved but then about a half hour later, I began to get a little bit of an itchy/sore throat. I took about 2-3 cloves of garlic (raw) with a glass of wine. (I have read that alcohol combined with garlic will pump the garlic Antibiotic properties through the lymphatic system so I gave that a try.) I also drank some lemon juice and a tablespoon or so of this store-bought Colloidal Silver .

After waking up today I thought it was gone, but after I ate the throat started coming back and it really is starting to burn/hurt now. It felt fine for the first few hours I was awake, but then after eating it slowly started to burn again so I ate 3 more cloves of garlic and I've also taken more Colloidal Silver and more lemon juice. My taste buds seem to be kinda nullified too, as I could not taste much flavor in the food. It seems to be getting worse and I'm started to get worried. I'm not coughing or having a runny nose anymore, just a throat burning/pain. It also aches to speak in my throat.

Is this strep throat? What should I do? I am very worried about contracting a dangerous virus or bacteria flu type illness like that because of my widespread health problems.
