Ive been using the following 'supplement' to maintain my electrolytes lately, and had great results. It definitely helps the frequent urination, especially when in a crash, and overall I can tell I 'just feel better' when adding one of these to my daily bottle of water.
I used to use them when I was mountain biking a lot, and found them at the bottom of my kit bag last week - cant believe I never tried them before! Even Dr Lam mentions Gatorade is great for those with AF, but the Sugar content is a problem - these are ZERO Sugar and ZERO caffeine. Might be worth a try if you suffer from electrolyte imbalance.
The ratios are good, and take a lot of the guess work out of making your own. Potassium is not a bad thing, contrary to belief, just more of it than sodium could be, these are nicely balanced.

This is a reply to # 2,094,178I looked into these a while back Wired as i thought it looked like a good balanced electrolyte drink..but i dismissed them due to the Polyethylene Glycol ingredient.
What is weird is that the High5 website doesn't list this as an ingredient - yet other websites do:

So i'm wondering if High5 have changed the ingredients and no longer add the P. Glycol...and other sites are selling off old stock with the P.G still in it?
You have an old tube - does it list P.G. on it?

My tube is about eighteen months old and it dosent list PG in it, so they may have changed the recipe? Have you got an allergic reaction to it?

This is a reply to # 2,094,178sounds a lot like powerade zero , I was drinking it a lot, but the splenda was giving me mad brainfog, so I stopped drinking it. But its probably good for an emergency situation.

This is a reply to # 2,094,269Powerade Zero did the same to me funnily.
I dont see that there is any real similarity between the two though, the GDA's are all different, and powerade contains plenty of E numbers.
Hey ho, definitely works for me whereas Powerade gives me brain fog, makes me tired and randomly hungry and thirsty!
