That's ok buddy...

I for one don't buy too far into the emotianal/psychological theory of ec.

I know stress and Depression can be bad for your health but I just don't think so in this case. I can say absolutely that I was extremely happy, physically fit and in generally outstanding mental health when my ec came on.

thats really strange my oral hygenie has been pretty bad and i have plaque on my teeth preety bad at the moment i have also been wanting to go to dentist for now 2 years.. last 2 weeks i have also started brushing teeth 3 times a day and useing listerine twice a day.. the strong goldie colour one it literally blasts your mouth away.. i use to wake up with alot of sticky stuff on my top teeth and also i slough on the bottom of my bottom teeth but this has slowly dissapearing during the last few days.. i dont personally think the root cause to ec is plaque but you never know i suppose and will keep strong oral hygiene up for about 3 months.. p.s i have always had pretty normal teeth but i must admit i was lazy also and only brushed my teeth once a day.. no flossing or mouth wash.. please keep us posted... the thing i find strange is plenty of people here say their teeth are in great shape and they have very good oral hygenie so who know lol can you upload some befroe and after pictures thanks in advance
