This is a reply to # 2,087,689Thank you!!!! Great post. I think a near infrared sauna, and a FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna will help immensely along with everything else.
:) Great testimonial and I have seen others say this also but added the saunas with excellent results.
