Hi
I had a TMAU test which came back negative although I think that was because the reference ranges were quite low (my tmno was 89%)
Anyway, can any of you guys who have tested positive for TMAU confirm whether or not you also have as part of your symptoms the following:
greasy stools
constipation
tongue coating
bloating
excessive wind after eating
I am just wondering whether I have SIBO and not TMAU?

This is a reply to # 2,085,603Well it could be SIBO and/or exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) If pancreas don't produce enough enzymes, food doesn't digest well and then SIBO may occur. Greasy and smell stool, bloating, excessive wind after eating.. .those are my symptoms and my diagnose is EPI

This is a reply to # 2,085,603It sounds a lot like Candida/fungal, do some research on the anti candida diet and give it a go, I've resorted to it because I have some other symptoms besides really bad body odour and breath. Hope this helps
