Hi Anatomydoll,
If you juice start with an ouce or two no more and see how you feel.
juicing can be very detoxing. I never felt good
juicing since getting ill. Lately I have been able to take raw kale and a few strawberries(low glycemic) and out that in a blender with about 1-2
oz water to get it liquified...I can handle this now. I did try to do 6
oz a few weeks ago of veggies
juicing and felt aweful after...so becareful...start low and go slow with it..
