Hi!
I am a 41 year old male AF sufferer. I have been struggling with this condition for several years without being aware of this. I believe my adrenal fatigue manifested itself for the first time in 1997 when I experienced sleep issues -my energy was good, though- as a consequence of a very stressful work life. In 2004 my semen volume dropped significantly but I could still have sex.
In 2006 my libido dropped to the point that I could no longer have sex. However my energy was still good. From 2008 to 2011 I feel very weak and tired in the morning but fully energized after 5:00 PM. However my libido was still very low and my sleep problems had not gone away.In 2011 I got the flu shot and my body crashed a few weeks after it. I felt tired all the time.
In 2012 A holistic doctor in NYC diagnosed me with AF but he did not help me much. Concerned about my low semen volume I decided to see an urologist who told me that I was infertile. In November 2012 I fired my AF doctor and followed Dr James Wilson's protocol. I noticed improvement during the next months. I feel way better right now but not completely recovered:
My libido is slowly improving
My energy is slowly improving. I can do light cardio now -run one mile- in the evening and just walk on flat terrain in the mornings with some difficulty sometimes.
My sleep issues still persist.
I can focus more at work.
My question is for all the males in this forum with low libido. Has any of you noticed a dramatic decrease in your semen volume during ejaculation? I was wondering if AF can damage a man's reproductive system and render him infertile.
