Hi all,
Attached is my latest hair analysis. Things are really on the move now. Dumping even more copper, aluminum is finally being removed. Dumping calcium too.

A lot of other things have improved as well. Magnesium up, sodium up,
I've been working hard to get rid of the toxins. (4) Coffee Enemas per day and (2) Saunas. Lots of meditation and rest as well.
Nice to finally see aluminum moving. It was stuck below 0.5 for the last year, indicating I wasn't clearing toxins well.
Quite a bit of insomnia with all this on the move....but I'm ok with it, since I know it is taking me in the right direction

Not quite sure how I can function with metals this high! Must be all the meditation.
I'll be a Zen master when I am done getting rid of toxins:)-

I am sure my mother was copper toxic. I had eczema so bad as an infant my skin would bleed.
My sisters, niece and nephew all show high copper as well...we are the copper toxic / adrenal fatigue family.
I'll PM you a link to an article I just wrote about my adrenal fatigue family...can't post in the forum, and for good reason.
