Yeah, be careful with antifungals... They are not the thing to help you with your candida. Anfifungals can do you more harm than good

A good diet, yogurt, kefir, probiotics... take those instead

I guess no body in this forum had succes with antifungals, just give your immune system some time to attack the alliens

Longterm, are you sure you are dealing with candida though? Have you got any type of medical confirmation regading your Candida?

I am asking ypu this because I too thought I was suffering from Candida and I think I’ve done more harm than good trying to fight it…
