Hey guys! I had already previously posted this diet, but some people didnt find the post so im reposting. this is an elimination diet/detox to rebalance the body, and find food triggers/allergies. here you go:
what you can eat:
whole fruits, unsweeteened, frozen packed, diluted natural juices
nut milks
brown rice, millet, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat
salmon, trout, lamb, turkey, chicken, duck
peas, lentils, legumes, beans
most nuts
all vegetables
olive oild cold press, coconut, flax, sesame, and other oils
green tea, water, coconut water
stevia, brown rice syrup
all spices, vinegar
what you cant:
oranges, OJ, grapefruit, strawberries, grapes, banana
diary and eggs, milk, cheese, cottage cheese, cream, yougurt, butter, ice cream, non dairy creamers
wheat, corn, barley, spelt, kamut, oats,rye
raw fish,pork, beef, sausage, cold cuts, canned meats, hot dogs
soybean/soy products
peanuts, peanut butter, pistachios, macadamia nuts
corn, creamed veggies, potatoes, sweet potatoes, eggplants, peppers
butter, margarine, canola oil, salad dressings, mayo, spreads
alcohol, coffe, caffeinated drinks, soft drinks
refined sugar, white and brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, HFCS, splenda, equal, etc
chocolate, ketchup, relish, soy sauce, chutney, bbq sauce, teriyaki, other condiments

the procedure:
21 days
breakfast will always be a smoothie (please make sure to add protein, flaxseed. it has to have protein and enough fat to sustain you)
lunch will be the biggest meal of the day: a salad, complex carbs, lean protein
dinner is another protein smoothie
after the 21, reintroduce one food at a time, find out your triggers.
supplements:
-flaxseed for smoothies,organic please
-antimicrobial: oregano oil
-liver support: milk thristle , i prefer the one from liv 5.2
-probiotics: VSL #3 or floraster
-soft laxative i used magnesium citrate
-digestive help such as HCL and SUPER ENZYMES.
