Interesting that someone mentioned they get the blushing when they drink alcohol.
Acetaldehyde (from ethanol) causes a flush/blush - normally facial.
Another major thing which also causes high acetaldehyde levels in the body without drinking alcohol is Candida.
Acetaldehyde is produced as a bi-product of candida.
NAC is suggested to take to help break it down faster. Worth googling what other things to take to break-down acetaldehyde.
I too get flushing...really red face, hot torso feeling.
I put it down to candida, hormones and AF!
Worth trying some intense anti-acetaldehyde supps to see if it helps. If it does, then you know candida needs attention.
