Took 3ml of 5% magnetized Lugol's in one hit along with 400mcg of Selenomethionine.
This is a high for me in one dose and in a day.
Brain is feeling light and free atm. Love it :)
If I told anyone else about this they would either tell me to be careful or send me to the Cuckoo house.

- Yes the clear, light feeling after high dosing is well known among the ones that have done it. Also more energy, yet calm.
It last for many hours, too.

This is a reply to # 2,076,364And decided to try another 3ml dash later in the day. Funny thing is I have had some tightness in my hamstrings for a week after a hard week of workouts last week. I could barely touch my toes. Magically, I can now regain most flexibility.

This is one of the reasons why I like to take my higher doses and split them up every 8 hours.
It's like, hmmm, how can I describe it...like keeping my battery on full-charge throughout the day.

I just had a delightful talk with a young city employee this morning. And the sun's shining, too.
And my next 'dose' of SSKI is at 3pm.

This is a reply to # 2,076,353Thanks for the testimonial. I have stuff in my lungs. But, so far, every time I go up even half that high with the Lugols I get psychotic with paranoia. And it has also made my face weep with itchy crusty pimples around my eyes. I know I need to keep pushing, but dread it. How much do you weigh? I am only 100 pounds.
