WRH comment:
I have absolutely no doubt that the US Senate will sign off on the bill after it is reconciled; after all, taking care of the real needs and concerns of Americans no longer matters to Congress, when it comes to taking care of the needs and concerns of the Israeli government, which is Congress' far higher priority.
This resolution puts the US government squarely, militarily, on an industrial-strength collision course with Iran, Russia, and China. War is coming: it is only a matter of when.
As happened in Iraq, it will be more American blood and money sacrificed upon the altar of potential Israeli hegemony in the Middle East. That will be the reason our young men and women in uniform will be dying and maimed for life.
But I would like to point out, yet again, to those precious few adults in the room in the bowels of power in DC, that the US government doesn't have the money, the troop strength, or the manufacturing to insure success in a conventional war; and that is what makes this coming war so potentially dangerous, because when conventional fighting fails, the US government will resort to nuclear weapons.
