yes, it is just digested roundworm. Google Ascaris disscection. You will see that they have long skinny intestinal tracks. I've passed many pieces just like you posted. The thing is, the worms people are reporting today are not the typical Ascaris that people used to have. What you posted is def a piece of digested roundworm, probably stained brown from the colon and coffee.
