I just bought selenium in 200 mcg, I forgot to look at the type of selenium and when I did it says the ingredients are Selenium as Selenium Yeast. Is this okay to take while taking Iodine or do I need a different kind.- Re: Is this the right Selenium to ta... renfr

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,070,998Any kind will do if absorbable, some prefer the best form which is se-methyl l-selenocysteine but natural selenium from brazil nuts is as good.
