Hey guys. I would say the majority of us with adrenal and thyroid issues have low HCL in our guts. This would cause bloating, constipation, fullness, etc. I have learned from the Thyroid girls, that it helps to take a tablespoon of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar), mixed with water 1-2 times a day. Do this with your morning supplements especially. Most of us probably have low D and B12 so anything we can do to help absorption is important. Also, GB-3 is a good digestive aid. Digestion is so over-looked. I think a lot of AF is vitamin-mineral depletion. When athletes are fatigued, they drink gatorade, so it's important that we replace things that we may not be absorbing well. B12 and D is so important, as is C.
