Has anyone use Colloidal Silver for asthma with success? What ppm have you used? How did you use it? How long did you use it?How long did it take to see results? From what I understand silver has to be at least 70ppm to kill fungus and bacteria in the lungs,well to do anything. Anyways it seems very logical that the silver could cure asthma well atleast kill the junk up in the lungs. Thanks in advance!- Re: Asthma and Colloidal Silver Dquixote1217

I will copy the answer I sent in reply to your identical PM:
The information about anything less than 70 PPM not working is bunk! Particle size and true colloidal content are more important. The best use of silver for asthma is a combination of oral administration AND use of colloidal silver in a nebulizer. Better to use 5 parts silver to 1 part lobelia extract and 1 part mullein extract.
I also highly, highly recommend a Chinese herbal product called ClearLungs which is wonderful for the lungs.

This is a reply to # 2,070,125In our family (wife who is a allergic asthmatic,has RA, has Hashimoto disease, has a deviated septum) and so is very very suseptable to sinus/lung infections/cold/flu. Normally she would get from 5 to 9 infections that would require Antibiotics and at least half the time she would end up in ICU!(last time 16 days in a drug induced coma to reduce strain on lungs), Since we have been using IS/CS(Ionic Silver/ Colloidal Silver )for her to nebulize, She has had ZERO infections! And anytime I felt or thought a sore throat, sinus/lung infection coming on I would also nebulize with the silver. We use a homemade 20PPM CS for nebulizing and I have not had a cold or flu since starting. We would fill the meds cup full(10ml) and run the ultrasonic nebulizer on the fast setting(10ml would take about 3 minutes). I have found that if you run a ultrasonic nebulizer for nore than 5 minutes with IS/CS it will break the colloid(the silver would precipitate out of solution and drop to bottom of jar/glass). So we have just used the 20PPM with great success! Not one problem with any of the above problems/issues for over 7 years!

This is a reply to # 2,070,209My granddaughter (3 years old) has asthma and now it seems my 9 mo old grandson. A friend told me how to make Colloidal Silver using 9 volt batteries and silver from a jeweler which I think is .999% pure. Would this silver be sufficient as I'm not sure the strength of it?

This is a reply to # 2,073,749Need to have someone you know build a current control for the batteries and then you can use Faradays calculator to get ppm. With a single CLD(current limiting diode) added to the batteries, this will give you a controlled current output. Figure out how much silver(anode) is under the DW(Distilled Water) and figure the square inches, you should keep the current to 1 mA(milliamp) per square inch of silver anode.

This is a reply to # 2,073,893Yes it will work. We used the old air pump style nebulizer until we ordered the ultrasonic one. It is handy, plug into the 12v socket or wall wart 12v supply. They are under $25.00 on ebay and is over 2 years old and working great. Am going to order 3 more fir my kids to use with the grandkids.

This is a reply to # 2,074,007Just looked it up and may get one. Do you think they're better than the one from the Dr. office? Also, I just called the local health food store and they have 10ppm & 30ppm. Do you think either of these would be ok for her 3 yr old and/or 9 mo old. I know I have to do more research but wanted your opinion on this since you are going to order for use with your kids to use with the grandkids. Thank you

This is a reply to # 2,074,240Look at what will be most cost effective for you. Since the ultrasonic ones(have 2)are under $25.00 and can be pluged in 120VAC or 12VDC. The ones from your doctor may be the old air pump type or be more expensive or both! I would (IMHO) use the 10ppm BUT! make sure it is not the ionic type(IS-Ionic Silver is clear)(CS- Colloidal Silver is a clear amber/yellow color- particulate silver) Ionic silver can bond with cells as the CS particulate silver does not bond with the cells. My wife if her upper respiratory infection has gotten bad will mix 10% ionic silver(IS) with our Colloidal Silver (CS) to use in the nebulizer just for the first use as a "jump start/loading dose", then after 100% CS in the nebulizer. It has been over 3 years since the last upper infection! So we are very happy that our Antibiotic use has been zero!

This is a reply to # 2,074,256Ok. No Ionic type silver! I will be sure to read the label carefully. I'd make my own for them but not sure I can put the time and attention into doing it the way you mentioned earlier. Buying is the way to go for now if it is not ionic. I've made my own for myself but to make it for my grandbabies I'd have to know it's right. So happy for you both that she hasn't had an upper respiratory infection for 3 years!!! That is wonderful.

This is a reply to # 2,074,273It is so very easy to make IS/CS (Ionic Silver/ Colloidal Silver ), A basic current circuit and the volume of beaker you are making it in and the time and faraday's calculator. And some 99.99% silver and DW(Distilled Water).

This is a reply to # 2,074,679The basic CS generator is 3 or 4 9V batteries, a CLD(Current Limiting Diode) and distilled water and a glass jar. And a timer- thats all you need for a basic one.

Never tried CS for asthma
I believe Hulda Clark found Ascaris in all her asthma patients
CS particles are probably too small to affect them is why I never tried it
I use to be really allergic to brewers yeast
It gave me a bad asthma attack
After two years of regular systemic cleansing and using Madagascar cloves to eliminate fist size wads of ascaris, brewers yeast no longer gave me a bad asthma attack, just a mild one
