Either drink cayenne pepper and water real quick or baking soda and water. You will burp within a minute and feel much better! This has helped me a lot.
Interesting, if i do eat alot of cayenne pepper then i do hiccup.I imagine when you have alot of gas that would come up with the hiccups as a burp.Thanks for the tip.
Exactly! I was taking the cayenne for a detox and realized that I would burp a lot which makes you feel so much better when you are dealing with trapped gas. Baking soda is amazing too and I would suggest maybe 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of water. Adjust as needed. That may be too much for some. Sometimes just a little baking soda is needed to burp. It works so well!
