Pretty straight forward question...do you think worrying/anxiety can lead to, and or, increase brain fog?
My brain fog comes and goes....I feel it is at it's worst when I am at work staring at the computer all day and I start to think about it. Then I hope on to message boards such as this and get all worked up with what I read. "could it be this...or this..or this...is it reversable?" Those are the moments I feel it is it's worst.
Then there are times, primarily when I am up doing something physical or more engaging where I do not notice it as much.
So I guess...do you think brain fog can all be all "in your head"...no pun intended. :)
Does anxiety/worry = Brain Fog?
