I drink Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I also swallow Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 2 in pill form. I feel they do the same thing in the body. However, recently I have begun to use plastic water bottle caps to prepare my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I think doing this results in a little stronger drink. Tell me what you think.

Here's what I do:

I place 2 drops of MMS into a bottle cap along with 10 drops of cool lime juice and cover it with another bottle cap for 3 to 5 minutes. I am using the new Ozarka 500ml bottle caps which use 20% less plastic. Then I get a 10oz glass and dispense a little Reverse Osmosis water into the bottom of the glass. I don't use Ozarka for my MMS -- just the bottle caps! I remove the bottle cap covering the activated solution and hold the bottle cap with the MMS inside the top of the glass. I then dispense more reverse osmosis water into the glass, rinsing the contents of the bottle cap into the glass. After about half, I dump the bottle cap contents into the glass and put it aside. Then I continue filling my glass from the R-O water dispenser tap.

To me the result seems more like CDS if you are familiar with Andreas Kalcker's work in this field. When the solution is uncovered more of the CLO2 gas escapes into the air. When covered it seems to go into solution easily. I keep the temperature down in the pseudo-CDS by using limes from the fridge. I keep the MMS in the cabinet.
