Alright guys I will do my best to anser questions. I'm on my phone and won't have internet until I get to California, and it doesn't help that I'm drunk and half asleep either lol.
okay so for starters, what I am doing is not covering up my symptoms. It is allowing my body to heal. What the aquaphor does is creates a barrier on the lips so that the lips doesn't have to create the barrier themselves. This saves a ton of healing time.
I don't really need to hardly ever put anything on my outer lips anymore. Maybe once a day. The inner lips still give me trouble sometimes, but I find that when they have any build up or irritation at all if I go out in the sun for a couple hours by the end of the night they feel amazing and the buildup is gone by the next day and gone for quite a while after that (at least a week or so)
I am using that one steroid cream I mention before. Guys I don't know if you know this or not but I do have a website that I made showing my progress each week with videos and written stuff. The videos aren't exactly about my lips anymore so you can feel free to read just what I typed on the site. I don't know why people ask me how long I've been using something when its clearly documented on my site. Just click the link that says see everything after march 2012 and its all there every single week with a big ass picture. Click the pic if you wanna zoom in. Heck the quality is good enough you could print it on a paper as big as your bedroom wall and it wouldn't be pixelated. Hah.
next. I use steroid at most 2 times a day. Aquaphor the rest. I use aquaphor whenever I feel lips are getting dry, usually its only my inner lips that ever feel dry. I also try to go out in sun as often as I can. I know half of you don't think it matters, but I can assure you it is the only reason my build up has nearly stopped. The steroid cream is just helping.
at this point I don't remember any more questions that yall wrote, but feel free to look at my previous posts on my actual site because it really does document what I do for the most part.
and jsl I'll write it again, no my lips don't turn white when wet in the shower. Sometimes the inner lips might have a white line where there was some slight buildup, but that is it. The rest of my lips are pink in shower.
hmmm me going to sleep now. Goodnight. :)
