Hi, so I wanted to ask some advice on here and make people aware of my current situation. I've avoided forums and doctors for a while because I had to take some time to get my mental health and diet under control, but now I'm ready to tackle the big health issues I have. For some background, I developed full blown chronic candidiasis in early 2011, spent over a year in viscious die-off/feeding cycles, and went on 3 rounds of antibiotics for a tooth infection last summer. On the course of antibiotics it felt like my chest was going to cave in and I thought I was going to die. Around November I lost the ability to fight the candida with antifungals and probiotics, and towards the end when I'd get die off it felt like my chest was becoming blocked up, and eventually the left side felt totally shut off. I starved myself for a long time trying to starve the yeast and developed transient hypoglycemia and hypotyroidism. The hypothyroidism resolved itself when I was in the hospital in January for psych issues, and I've gotten rid of the hypoglycemia with proper diet. My liver enzymes and cbc were worked up while I was in there and everything came back normal (of course). Also while I was in the hospital I was put on a long course of nystatin which allowed me to eat whatever I wanted for a time, and once I was off it my candida seemed to have gotten somewhat under control.
So, since all that's happened, my candida is much better. The only symptoms I have now are urinary pain, recurring rash around genitals and buttocks, fungus on toe nails, some fatigue, and allergies to certain smells (especially fresh bread), and blood blisters in mouth. I used to get blurry vision with my heart beat, extreme fatigue, shooting pains in arms and legs, weak muscles, thrush, heavy brain fog and all sorts of other stuff. It seems the battle is half won, but something is holding me back from being able to fully recover. Antifungals and probiotics still don't do anything (they used to clear up my rash and urinary problems after a long enough time eating the right foods). I feel like the root cause may be whatever it is that built up in my chest during the end of my die off.
Recently, I started cleansing with Renew Life's First Cleanse product and hot lemon water with cayenne pepper. The first day, I had diharrea, nausea and a headache, and then the second day I had tingling sludgey movements in the spot where the build up is. I continued to have these feelings with the lemon water cleansing and eventually in the middle of the second day, something dislodged, went into the center of my lower chest/upper abdomen, the whole area went tingly and numb, my hands and feet went numb, and I felt like I was going to pass out. After that I felt relieved and like something good had happened though. In the past few days the tingling and movement throughout my chest has continued with the morning cleanse and the lemon and cayenne, and with deep breathing I've been able to push whatever it is and other bits into a spot on the lower right side of my chest. It seems to be stuck there for now, but I might be making slow progress as I am feeling something flowing around it during cleansing. It feels like there might be more in the areas I've pushed fluid through already, but the big piece is moved. The First Cleanse includes all 7 channels of detoxification, so I've experienced some similar (but nowhere near as intense) experiences in my GI tract, including skin reactions indicative of die off in my problem area during elimination. I was actually able to work yesterday without constantly powdering myself for relief.

Given the information I've provided, has anyone experienced anything similar to what I'm going through and come out the other side? Does anyone know what might be happening in my body? I've been thinking about doing a liver flush after I complete the cleanse, but I'm not sure if that is enough preperation, or if I should do a deeper colon cleanse or something like that first. What reccommendations do people have regarding that?
I'm hoping a liver cleanse will get my body working right again so I can finish killing off this yeast and repopulating my gut, but I'm very weary of the safety of the procedure and the notion of causing myself further harm if I'm not ready for it. I'm stronger than I've been in a long time though. I gained 40 LBS since February, and my diet is very strictly balanced to sufficient intake of all vitamins and minerals, with 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat as a baseline. I used to get up and barely be able to get out of bed and face the world, now I actually have a little energy when I get up and it's getting better with the cleansing. I just don't know how far this method of cleansing and healing will take me and I need to know what to do next. If anybody has some reccommendations, please let me know. I'm hoping I can find strength here and battle through my illness instead of being consumed by it like I used to be.
