Oh yeah, well just read your previous post, so you already know it is from stress, went back and read some of your posts from the past, you say this all started when you started chelating mercury, so you already know what caused this. My opinion is that many of the protocols and lifestyle that you are following are hurting your body. Exercising 5-6 times a week may be good for some people, maybe for you it is too much, switch to easy walking in nature and slow-paced yoga. Fasting is a great method for cleansing but if you fast longer than is correct for your body, it will also stress the nervous system, people on the fasting
Support Forums will incorrectly tell you that symptoms of nervousness, restlessness, insomnia, racing heart, and other signs of stress are completely normal and this is totally incorrect. Excess symptoms of stress are not okay during fasting, some die-off symptoms are okay such as flu-like symptoms, moderate fatigue (not extreme fatigue and should pass in a few days). If your fast is going well, you should have tons of energy and feel great and uplifted. I have done fasts for the correct amount of time that helped me greatly and then I have done fasts incorrectly that totally messed up my system for long periods of time. You have to listen to your body, stress is NOT okay and is the main source of suffering and disease. The best thing to do right now is follow anti-stress protocols, eat good healthy nourishing foods, eat enough of the correct foods that make you feel full and happy. No intense exercise, slow easy yoga is great for removing stress, give yourself daily sesame seed oil massages, have plenty of people in your life that you love and that love you. Your body is extremely resilient and can live with stress for very long periods of time, but just because your body is alive, does not mean that it is healthy. After trying many different diets and protocols for years and years, I have realized that the times my body is healthiest, is the times my mind is also the happiest. Treat yourself and your body well. You don't have to suffer to be healthy, in fact the two are complete opposites. Many people on the candida board spread the diseased concept that you have to suffer for a long time to get yourself healthy, in fact they basically say, the worse you feel, the more you are healing your body, it is just the opposite. The only road to true health is to remove stress and suffering from your life.
