Hi All,
I have adrenal fatigue and take some vitamins and mineral supplements (vit C, B5, B complex and magnesium). Is it ok to keep taking these during the Moritz kidney cleanse?- Re: supplements during andreas morit... lalobear

The kidney cleanse is the Andreas Moritz kidney cleanse. You will find some info on his site "ener-chi.com"
The supplements do support my adrenals but I think my AF is due to malabsorption caused by a congested liver. I have done 4 flushes and see a gradual improvement. I also now want to try and get most of my vitamins and minerals from my food instead of supplements.
I have just bought a juicer which will help with the absorption problem. The only prolem is I will have to go slow at the juicing as I read that drinking lots of juices as in the Gerson Therapy protocol can make the body release lots of toxins stored in tissues. This may overburden my already taxed liver.

This is a reply to # 2,060,708I am taking the supplements as mentioned in my first post. I was also taking some gamma vit E and some natto for vitamin K.
Anxiety, panic attacks, AF and congested liver all go hand in hand from what I can see. I suffered a few panic attacks when my adrenals were really low. I never had them before and feel for anyone that sufferes from them. The feeling of fear and impending doom is awful. I think this is due to some malfunction/deficiency in the fight/flight response in the adrenals. Same with anxiety attacks on a lesser degree I think.
