Totally fine opinion, to each his own, I would encourage someone new reading this on google and considering NB to go over to the designated forum however, because ALOT of people have gotten a lot better on NB, more than any other program I have seen on curezone by far. I caution against writing it off without careful consideration because it has been so helpful to so many, including myself.

The heavy detox measures are meant to get rid of toxins and heavy metals in the body, many feel much better afterwards, many do not take the scope of recommended detoxes seriously by dr. wilson because they are excessive. It is not a perfect program. However, really healing will always have to be about much more than just the adrenals, one has to figure out how they ended up here in the first place and deal with all the other imbalances in the body that have been created.
