have you tried soaking in a very warm bath of borax and hydrogen peroxide? You can find info on line if you dig around. Me, I just toss the stuff in. You should find a recipe you're happy with. I use it to get rid of after shaving leg bumps.
Also, try using zinc body washes. There is a derm who sells something pretty good on line. It's called "only the best" or "otb" and works for body and hair. Otherwise you can try a facial cleanser (comes in a pretty big tube) called Born to be Mild. This is zinc, also. Just go to town all over your bod. You can find Born to be Mild at Sephora (usually).
Wash your laundry in very hot water with borax+detergent and then do the final rinse with white vinegar (cup). Do a hot, hot dryer with dryer sheets like Mrs Meyer's geranium.
When you do laundry use the biggest machine there is and put in just a little amount of laundry so everything gets a lot of the washing solution all over.
ANOTHER thing you can do is simply throw away your bedding and towels and start with fresh ones, but treat them, and yourself, as I noted above.
You might also try eucalyptus baths.
