I haven't noticed it helping much but the first few days it seemed to make me worse. I then made sure to add the Kapp Arrest to pull out what this is killing. I will let you know i was off on another track and not taking it religiously.

Please let me know what you find from the mycotoxin test. If it is positive i would like to know what they give you for it.

I have heard people having a hard time on the cholestyamine because it's so strong. You may want to research that before taking it and make sure you can handle it.
