Hello All
Hoping someone can answer this (Maybe Erika Baker)
I first heard about 10 Undecenoic (10 U) from Dr. Jeff's site 'Candida plan.' It's anti-fungal proprety is touted as being much more powerful (6x) than capric and caprylillic Acid BUT
1. I cannot find any research online about 10 U. It seems to have just appeared recently (last few years). So how can any practitioner claim they have been using it years and years. seems new.
2. It is VERY cheap to buy. Now you cannot find it for purchase as 10 undecenoic BUT under its appropriate name / synonym Calcium undecylcenate it is readily available. For example, you can purchase the same amount in Dr. Jeff's TOTAL plan for about $30.00 and still have some left over!!
3. BUT it is a relatively new addition to fighting candida so how do we know it works?
It is cheap and readily available so I am very open to using it BUT can anyone point to good research?
I am NOT a skeptic - I just want to make sure this is a safe product with a little bit of research (other than a fe websites that are quoting each other...)
Thank you all!!
