Hey
I just have a few questions. Last year I found a small lump in the left side of the thyroid, and I was through all the tests at the hospital. It it benign, but they still wanted to remove it, but i felt fine, so i turned it down. Then I was transferred to an endocronologist. He looked at my case, did an ultrasound and told me that most that I did the right thing in not having the thing removed, as it is mostly fluid, and he offered me to drain it next time if i wanted. They also did new bloodtests and nothing showed. I also monitered my temp for some time, and it was pretty stabile. I was on all the supplements, the
Iodine protocol, but i had to stop because I was studying and couldn't afford to take all those things.
I am really that worried, but i have a few questions.
Do you think I should get the fluid drained from it? Can it affect anything?
Can I take
Iodine maybe a few times, just to keep my intake of
Iodine at a sufficient level, and if i choose to, should I take all of the supplements from the Iodine protocol, or can i just take iodine and selen, and maybe some C-vit?
Hope you can clear this up for me.
thanks
Lasse
