Sometimes inflammation could do the tingling.
Maybe stopping the glandulars stopped the cortisol also which is antiinflammatory. just my two cents. for me it happens this way cause mold exposure or wrong food besides efforts.
Ulcer? usually Hpilory do that - have you been checking on that/ it is said chronic infections do AF and the most frequent is giardia or Hpilory.
I would try antiinflamtory - turmeric and coconut oil or krill oil but along with food.
Anyway is kind of weird. have you had this kind of feelings also before glandulars?
