When I started my experiments with sulfur in january, I didnt expect much, as I have tried this years ago, with little to no effect.
But somehow I felt I needed to go back, now when I have reached a certain level of health, thanks to
Iodine and the others.
So I have waited a little to post about it, as I like to see the long term effect of things.
The most striking is that I tolerate skin creams again, I have been chemical sensitive for many years. No creams on my face for 10-20 years, unless I made them myself with edible ingredients.

Then my health challenge for two decades; the digestion system.
Iodine & co made it work 90 %, the last months I would say it is up to 95 %, like increasing the bowel movements, actually have doubled it. Feels good.
then; water retention. Never had this much except for the long flights. On my asia trip this christmas I had terrible water retention in my feet / legs.
This time, even longer flight, there was nothing.
This could possibly mean that sulfur is useful for the swelling / bloating that many have problem with, when starting iodine. Thinking permeability of cells, helping the sodium-potassium pump; which is one of the most important systems of the body.
Also thinking that for the ones that have reached a plateau effect, not much happening.. can benefit from a sulfur supplementation.
