Hello Fellow Fasters .... 1800 starts the beginning again of a new Water Fast for my thyroid ... still working on healing Hashimoto's. I visit my endocrinologist in April, so I figured doing the fast now will give me an opportunity to see where my thyroid falls from my blood tests.

I haven't been doing my Synthroid for almost a year.

1800 begins Day 1 today. I plan to post daily as my way of getting into the routine and reading here for encouragement.

I suspect by this time tomorrow night I will face headaches and fatigue. I will use the 24 hour period as my countdown to making through Day 1.

I am the kind of faster than needs about five days to feel not hungry and a full 7-8 days to get rid of the brain fog.

I will be back in 24 ...!
