Aquaphor update and question

Hi everyone,
I had tried Aquaphor and my lips have been GREAT all week, then last night for some reason I decided to try putting a different lip balm on before bed. This morning I woke up with my normal burning and swelling around the lips. I am NOT doing that again!
Does everyone have this burning and swelling before peeling? It looks like I put bright red lip liner around my lips! I have heard a lot on the forum about peeling but not about the swelling/ burning so I didn't know if this is normal.- Re: Aquaphor update and question MikePylon

This is a reply to # 2,035,569that lipliner thing happened to me and another poster here... it swelled up, formed a scab and then went away after a few days for me... took the other guy a month for his scab to come off... this condition is weird.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,035,574This condition sucks, haha. Yes that has happened to me in the past. I believe it just simply means you had a reaction to whatever you put on your lips...the outer part of your lips heals more easily than your actual lips (for us at least) so it shouldn't stay red for a horribly long time...

This is a reply to # 2,035,685yeah it happened to me when i tried non petrolumen jelly... wtf? basically our ec lips freak out at the slightest sign of irritation because they are more sensative.
