mine was so bad i was told i needed surgery and i couldnt work.
things that helped me:
fasting
full body cleanse protocol (from this site)
tart cherry juice
st. johns wort (instead of tylenol etc. which actually blocks pain & body's chemicals that heal. i used "good mood tonic" from herb pharm.)
wrist splint to support while really bad
stretching exercises (you can find them on web md)
massage
staying properly hydrated
staying away from caffine and sugar when achy.
good luck! i know its pretty frickin annoying to deal with this. now i can use my hand and arm like normal pretty much. before i couldnt even hold a piece of paper without dropping it and just the weight of paper caused extreme pain.
yeh...i couldnt believe it myself.
