Congratulations on being on the road to recovery! It is normal to have lingering symptoms after removal. It is also normal to have new ones crop up for the first time, and old ones which get worse. But overall, you will improve. For most of us, it is a 2 steps forward, 1 step back process. I had some months that felt like 2 steps forward, 3 steps back! But overall, there is improvement. I say this only so that you can be ready for anything that comes. Since you're in your first month of removal, anything could happen, and the coming months might have a lot of variety for you. I never found a quick fix to remove lingering symptoms. It was just time, and taking care of myself that helped. Some people bounce back quickly; I hope you're one of those :)
I personally avoided any drugs or artificial hormones. I don't trust anything. But some people have used them and found they help.
It sounds like you got through the worst of your initial adjustment. It sounds like it was rough!
Keep posting and let us know how you're doing.
