Yes I agree all conditions should be examined; unfortunately no one has found the major cause of this syndrome. And it doesn't usually respond to drug treatments. There is research going on, but reasearch requires years and plenty of money. I cannot live like this for a long time anymore, and I am one of the "milder" cases. Some are really destroyed... :(
Some already experimented fasting with good to very good results, but only on longer fasts, 14-28 days (shorter fasts don't do nothing). Another one had to do 3 long fasts before his penis revived to some extent. We are now discussing this possibility, so indeed this is an opportunity for these thousands who now live in hell.
Fasting is the only chance for the moment, apparently.
Is it known which is the biochemical mechanism by wich fasting "eats" scars? I am experimenting with Intermittent Fasting and it would be VERY important to understand if this mechanism is activated also on IF, and if this mechanism can act also on fibrous tissues (some ended up also with Peyronie's disease and penile fibrosis, apart from the probable prostate fibrosis).
