Its water soluble silver salt of citric acid , In making of CG(Colloidal Gold) some people use citric acid to convert gold chloride to CG. They are using citric acid and a salt at that! I would not use this to nebulize in my wife's lungs to stop infections! Look up using a silver salt(citric acid) and the problems with that. It may be just fine for external use?

I suppose this would be fine as a cleaner etc. I once used CS on carpets which works wonders for mold. Though I'd never use CS made with additives for medical purposes myself.

PS. I've stored high temp Colloidal Silver (home made) in glass bottles for months in broad daylight without any issues whatsoever. The only solution that I've observed changes with was ionic silver made at room temp.
