though I only lasted 15 day's on my fast because of social issues, adding the sputnik to my fast was a good experience.I will use this device from now on when I fast.
I felt quite at ease and restful after using it acouple of times and it didn't bother me at work that much except for the leg buzz at times but a good experience. I am sure the prostate got a workout which is what I wanted it to do. for what it is worth, I have notice my libido is like a 19 year old kid so a nice side effect.
