There are only two longevity diets : V. high carb Hunza or Okinawa or Keto diet (Eskimos). High or moderate protein diet kill you soon or later.
I use keto for 1,5 year and its v. hard for newbie but it may decrease candida and was healthy for long run!
Now am use Hunza/Okinawa mix and its better and easier for average human to balance !
I eat millet 250g daily, 300g white rice, 0,8 kg raw chinese cabage and 2 potatoes, no fat, no protein from meat. I have 55g protein from LOW CELLULOSE grains/rice and its 0,85 for every kilo so it perfect.
Calcium from one teaspoon powdered egg shells - so i build my diet from Okinawa(High Carb)/Hunza (High Carb)/Bee Wilder (keto/low carb)suggestions.
MOST IMPORTANT:
Mineral ratio: Ca/Mg ratio 2-2,5:1 ; K/Na 3:2 ; COPPER/ZINC ratio 1:10 and i try to balance those two - V. Hard.
CANDIDA is controlled by COPPER/ZINC balance in diet mainly !
