Cold pressed oil is not to be heated but mixed with honey or oj. The oil notoriously will cause stomach distress if taken on a full stomach. But you have the option with the seeds to heat and remove this problem. If you search on this forum you will find a post I made on a research study being done on how heating does not affect the efficacy of the seeds.

By heating them you remove the stomach distress and you can take them any time of the day, not just on an empty stomach. You can take them with honey, in capsules, on food or as you like.

Too many people try to make this too hard. It is simple really.

I grind them in my coffee grinder. I have a good Krupps I love.
