Okay thanks for the other posts. Heres my thing, Im in good health. Im a raw foodist, major fruit eater, Lots of greens, sea veggies superfoods, I go to the bathroom 2-3 times a day. I have had colonics, I have been using a zapper for awhile. Havent gotten any colds or flus etc. I drink only homemade distilled water. I have done many diffrent cleanses,flushes blah blah hate them, but did them. My only real issue is ACNE. No major anythings..... This week I have gotten them around my mouth, etc as usual. I have done all the question asking I can possibly do, I dont have candida, I have takin liver cleansing herbs, De-Wormer, Kidney Cleanse Formula, I have checked to see if its certain fruits or veggies or fats, I have studied myself.This board, I tried leaving my skin alone, going from chemicals to natural skin cleansers, I DRINK fresh lemon juice first thing in the morning, and night before I go to bed. I get enuff sunshine...I started taking fresh wheatgrass shots for the past couple weeks, Is it getting better? Uh here I am... WTF, it's getting very annoying. It seems the only thing that is changing is the balance in my bank account. What else could it be? Really, what else could it possible be? Is it an emotional thing? I meditate, breath, stretch. Im just seeking?

MoreThis is a reply to # 202,410When I was a teenager and had acne my (medical) doctor told me to cut back on iodine, that too much would aggravate the acne. While some iodine is essential for thyroid/metabolism, perhaps you are getting too much from overconsumption of sea weeds and superfoods. Perhaps you should try reducing or eliminating the sea weeds for a month (keep using the superfood)and see if you notice an improvement. Too much of even a good thing can be detrimental. My only other thought is that you might have an allergy to an acidic fruit, I am in my 50s and still break out if I have too much citrus or strawberries. You may want to try an elimination diet to discover the culprit.

This is a reply to # 202,410The body is expelling out the skin and as you cleanse, the skin may be used more and more to expell the accumulated acid waste in your body. It is all about costipation, it is going up and out and not down and out. We all are 85% CANDIDA YEAST other wise we would die in our own waste.
The external zapper used 1 hour daily for 10 straight days normally stops this problem, but I believe it only drives it inward and not a FIX, only a quick fix.
Plenty of sunshine will ripen it and draw it out and I believe olive leaf capsules in high dose may drive it out, but in all cases it will be the worse case you have had when it does all come out. FASTING with the orange juice for 21-40 days would be my choice.

This is a reply to # 202,451Dr. Morton Walker most likely was PAID $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ by the expensive extract company, but at the end of the book, he states the raw pure powder is best.
The lbb capsules makes it all work better. People refer to them as better than gold.

Perioral refers to the area around the mouth, and dermatitis indicates redness of the skin. In addition to redness, there are usually small red bumps or even pus bumps and mild peeling. The disease can look a lot like acne. The areas most affected are the areas from the nose to the sides of the lips, and the chin…(it can extend to the eyelids and the forehead). Sometimes there is mild itching and/or burning."
Overuse of topical cortisone creams, fluoridated toothpaste, or heavy or occlusive skin-care ointments and creams (especially those with a petrolatum or thick wax base) or irritants such as strong benzoyl peroxide or cinnamon in the area, and foundations may be responsible. Exposure to sunlight, heat, and wind can also make matters worse.
The first thing I would suggest is to get a natural or herbal toothpaste as soon as possible.
You can try Burdock on the inflammed areas.
English herbalists used burdock root for boils, scurvy, diabetes, etc.
Burdock products typically consist of fresh or dried roots. Burdock can be purchased as a dried root powder, decoction (liquid made by boiling down the herb in water). I suggest you make and use a decoction on the effected area.

This is a reply to # 202,455I Dont use regular toothpaste, I use natural herbal toothpaste. I dont use anything unnatural. Im a raw foodist, I use no store bought chemicals in my life, none in my shampoos, conditioners, hair style gels, nuthing nada. No cortisone creams of any kind. No benzole peroxide, or cinam. Lookin at the pics online, thats not what I have.

This is a reply to # 202,410I got this same thing too late last year! I thought it was just from me being a slob when I ate..lol!
I got it after all cleanses too. People who ridicule you for eating only natural foods judge you that your healthy lifestyle must not be that healthy if you get more breakouts anymore.
Ignore them-- Its' actually showing that your getting cleaned out.
What MH said makes sense that it is a cleansing effect of toxins escaping through the skin instead of out the toilet. When doing any cleanse- also dont forget to take some prune juice, or use MH's Lower Bowel Balance, etc., to keep the bowel movements regular.
Also drink lots of water in between meals -- as well as your cleansing detox herbal teas.
I am due for an order of Lower Bowel Balance soon- That stuff really cleans you out- but gently and doesnt make you feel like your going through an Appendicitis attack!
