You should just get a biopsy and see an internist.

I know you are early on in this process so you have an excuse, but people on this site constantly go back and forth on how they think it is an infection or not. When they could just go get a biopsy and see an internist to find out. Its like people WANT to just keep guessing about what this is, and expect the solution to slap them in the face. Its ridiculous.

A biopsy does not hurt and will not scar if you get someone decent to do it. And of everyone I have read about getting a biopsy, all of them have healed fairly quickly.

But like I said Im not implying any of this about you as you are still very early in this and I think you have been taking great steps in trying to figure this out.

I plan on making an appointment with an internist on Monday.

if there is a bacteria fungus and all this stuff this is probably because of a week immune system and the cause of that is the nutritional deficiencies- and the cause of that is the source of the problem,which might be some gastro problem.

i think that the best immediate thing that you can do is to check all the nutrients that the wiki mentioned in related to this condition(go to the doc with the wiki page printed if needed, so he won't just push you some anti something that normal body wouldnt need cause it could kill that on its own)

in my opiniom theres a cahnce that similar mechanism is what makes ec.
