Hi All, I been going through the same things since I can remember from 18/19 and now I’m 43.

For some its not what you eat but how you eat. This process works for me and has generally been successful for the last few months. Check it out try it tell me if it works for you? All the best!
The main reason for the malodour is hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid), our stomach for some reason does not produce enough stomach acid to digest the food we eat, therefore very quickly the food we eat purifies, ferments and gives off offensive smelling gases which pass through our skin and give off an unpleasant odour. The odour given off take place in the stomach and the colon/large intestines.
How to combat this?
What you need.
Warm water, apple cider vinegar juice, betaine hydrochloride tablets, a little patience
The body normally produces a lot of stomach acid, therefore drink between 1 to 2 litres of warm water prior to eating, at least 1/2 hour prior to eating, upto 2 hours.
Don’t drink too quickly take your time. Not too hot or too cold, room temperature is fine.
Prior to eating add a little apple cider vinegar juice to some warm water and drink it, and take 1 tablet of betaine hydrochloride.
Eat.
When eating ideally best practice is to ‘food combine.’ Look on the internet and find a food combining chart. Basically proteins and carbohydrates shouldn’t be eaten at the same time because proteins need acidic conditions in the stomach to digest probably and carbohydrates need alkaline conditions in the stomach to digest probably. If you eat proteins and carbs together the body produces both acid and alkaline conditions which neutralise each other and therefore both proteins and carbohydrate do not digest properly.
This is not always necessary to food combine, to experience no odour, for some people it will be necessary. However food combining generally is good practice you will get more goodness from your food and will have more energy.
Then continue to drink water at least 30 mins after eating, drinking 1 to 2 litres of warm water prior to eating again. That should be it!
No more malodour!
This is the process that works for me. Self monitor what works for you! Personally I have to drink closer to 2 litres of warm water prior to eating.
Hopefully not only will you smell better, but you will feel more energised.
