DAY 7 of 30!
Im having a hard time sleeping through the night for the past 2 night.... I know this is normal...
My pee is a bit foamy at times....
ummm.. what else..
the dizziness has dramatically subsided...
Mouth tastes like a sewer... I can only imagine how YUKKY my breath smells!!

This is a reply to # 2,016,669It does get better, bit by bit. Just try to recognize any and all positive things that have happened so far in any part of your body, emotions and thoughts. Little things add up to big differences.
