Hello all, i'm posting as i find it keeps the boredom at bay whilst fasting! completed a 24 day
Water Fast in the summer and felt great, so as another holiday looms i thought i would try for the 40 days this time.
I always find the first day the hardest. Last time felt totally fine whilst water fasting, had skin detox around 20 days which disappeared once i started eating/juicing again.....i drink mineral water as i am prone to losing potassium etc, i do take a multivitamin daily and i have lemon in hot water in the mornings. I know this is not as 'pure' as some other fasters....
