I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Have you tried aerobic breathing to help with your circulation and generate more heat? Odd as it sounds, doing the aerobic breathing really takes a bit out of you if you do it correctly and for 20 minutes!
It goes like, a light exhale, then a full long inhale through your nose until you can't take any more air, a complete exhale of ALL air through your mough then hold the emptiness of oxygen for 8 seconds and then the inhale. repeat. It is aerobic and it can be strenous and will clean your lungs quite well while it oxygenates your body.
