it's actually 600 mg and not mcg, unless I got something wrong. According to the label it says each drop has 45mg of
Iodine and I've been taking more than 10 drops recently..more like 12-16 drops spread out throughout the day and I've honestly only been feeling better the more I take. I don't notice anything intense no matter how large my dose is and in fact right after I posted this thread I took a few more drops on top of the 600mg I already took and went to bed and woke up more rested than I ever felt in months with an uncontrollable erection (just means that there is a positive hormonal effect too) so I can tell that something's working...maybe some people need to be on more
Iodine than what is thought of as a "maximum dose"...
I'm also currently on a mercury/heavy metal chelation program so hopefully the larger dose of
Iodine helps with that...
And yes it's the iodine product by Arrowhead Health Works. A very reliable source who's been experimenting with different iodine supplements told me that the only truly legitimate and potent iodine supplements on the market are Nascent Iodine & Electridine. The rest are just not as powerful. I found that to be true.
As a side tip about the hormonal effect, I've also been eating tons of broccoli and broccoli juice and that helped a lot. These two are excpetionally high in I3C which is crucial for lowering the estrogen
