That's why I chose the same video to intro my 60 year old friend. Only 10 minutes long, hits on many strong points and can easily get someones attention long enough to want to learn more.

To bad it didn't work on my friend who shows no interest but I imagine it would make a good hook for many potential iodine-suppers. A good one to email to relatives over the holidays.
