So I start again on my journey to be de-toxified!

I have three goals for this fast (which has no set length)

1) Again to keep working on healing my thyroid ...
2) To see if I can continue to improve my eyesight. Yes that's right folks I went in for my eye exam in September and not only improved my astigmatism by 2 bars but also improved my near sightedness. Yes ... I am biased and will blame this success on Water Fasting throughout 2012.

3) To try and get my physical body to a level of the lowest toxemia possible.

I plan to strive and this will be nothing but sheer willpower and constant prayer to get my physical fat levels to a very low rate so I can build up my reserves of fat with as little toxemia as possible.

My goal for 2013 is to have one 30 day fast yearly with the sole purpose to detoxify.

I have four full days off work, and plan to do nothing but lay around to get this fast kicked off right.

I am going to post because it keeps me honest. I need my own set of accountability, and having a place to post the ups/downs/struggles/temptations ... is what I need to make sure I stay focused, committed, and when weak I can read those who came before me.

I may not post everyday...I hope to keep updates regularly.

Heres to healing ... I am so sick and tired of being toxic. I just want health. I am the only one who can do this for myself. God helps those who help themselves ... I hope to repeat this to myself hourly if needed.
